Do you work with all insurance companies?
Yes — we work directly with all major insurance carriers including State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, USAA, and more. We handle the paperwork and communicate directly with your adjuster.
Will my car look the same after repair?
Absolutely. We use computerized paint matching systems and factory-approved repair procedures to ensure your vehicle looks exactly as it did before the damage. Our work is with quality you can count on.
Do I need to get multiple estimates?
No — you have the right to choose any repair shop you want, regardless of what your insurance company suggests. You don't need multiple estimates. Bring it to us and we'll handle everything.
Do you offer rental car assistance?
Yes, we can help arrange a rental vehicle through your insurance coverage or our partner rental agencies. Many policies cover rental costs during collision repair.
What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?
OEM parts are made by your vehicle's manufacturer and are identical to the original. Aftermarket parts are made by third parties. We offer both options and will discuss the pros and cons of each with you.
Do you offer towing?
Yes — we provide complimentary towing within 15 miles for collision repair customers. If your vehicle isn't drivable after an accident, call us and we'll arrange pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. For larger repairs, ask about payment options.
